Our Annual General Meeting is coming on Wednesday 21 October from 11am - 1pm ET. 

 

The meeting will be on Zoom. In order to get the link you have to register here. Once you’re registered, the Zoom gods will send you a link and I will have them re-send the link the day of our meeting.

 

In addition to our usual jobs of approving the audit, getting up to date financial info, and hearing from our President and the ACUNS Awards Committee, there will be a discussion between ACUNS President Heather Nicol and Lisa Goulet, UArctic Canadian Membership Engagement Coordinator, on how ACUNS and UArctic can more effectively work together to serve the northern education and research community.

 

Please pass this message on to anyone who you feel might be interested in joining us. Only ACUNS Council members can vote on motions, but all are welcome to be part of the meeting. If you are a Council Member at a member institution who can’t make the meeting, you can assign your vote by proxy to another member of your institution or to me (Secretary-Treasurer). Please contact me for more information.

 

 

I will distribute documents to Council Members a week before the meeting for your perusal.
