ACUNS plays a leadership role in promoting a diverse and comprehensive understanding of the North through the facilitation of collaborative research, knowledge mobilization, and education.​​
Annual General Meeting
The ACUNS Annual General Meeting is held in the autumn, alternating locations each year between Ottawa and another host city.
Member representatives are expected to attend (or designate a proxy) in order to vote on important motions regarding the direction of the Association.
